Pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pumps 1:1

The tim®CLASSIC series is an extension of the Timmer diaphragm pump range. The basis of the new tim®CLASSIC series is the classic bridge design. This offers a high degree of flexibility for integration into new and existing systems. The modular system enables individual adaptation to the requirements of the application. For example, different diaphragm designs, optional replaceable valve ball seats and various seals are possible. The complete pneumatic control valve can be replaced by simply loosening 4 screws and can therefore be replaced quickly in the event of a fault. The pumps in the series can be optionally extended to include diaphragm rupture detection and an intelligent sensor. The intelligent sensor enables stroke counting and smart monitoring of the pump's health status. This enables proactive maintenance.

Pneumatic High-Pressure Pumps 3,5:1

The pneumatic, pressure-intensifier double diaphragm pumps of the
tim®BOOST series have been successfully used for years in the area of paint supply, for feeding small and medium-sized systems.
In addition to the process reliability, serviceability, small and compact design, good workmanship and long service life, the pumps are characterized in particular by the high media pressures that can be achieved.
The MHD1050 series has now been extended with appropriately optimised variants for today's increased emphasis on efficiency, process cost optimizations and process automation.
In addition, the version described here has specially designed, undercut-free components that reduce the residual quantity of medium in the pump and optimise the pump's rinsing capability.
Moreover, all variants are equipped with an intelligent sensor that can enable real-time testing of the stroke signals, incl. process-relevant data (total of all strokes, average frequency, frequency histogram) via a customer PLC.
