"Everything under control": From 23 to 25 September, we will be presenting our versatile lifting systems for intralogistics at Fachpack in Nuremberg.
Trade fair visitors will be able to experience our tried-and-tested lifting solutions lightLIFT and quickLIFT live in action.
New at our stand this year: the pallet fork for the lightLIFT, a customised special solution for pallet logistics.
Lifting solutions for intralogistics and new pallet forks
Due to the increased demand for customised solutions, we have systematically developed our range further: Our new pallet fork is available in several customised versions that are precisely tailored to individual pallet logistics requirements. At Fachpack, we will be presenting the pallet fork live in action - as well as our tried-and-tested lightLIFT and quickLIFT hose lifters. Thanks to numerous attachments, the lifting solutions can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of applications and offer maximum efficiency and ergonomics in the internal material flow.
Efficient load handling with customisable lifting systems
1. lightLIFT: Precision meets ergonomics
The lightLIFT hose lifter offers safe and controlled positioning of the load thanks to its precise two-handed operation.
The lifting system is extremely ergonomic and user-friendly. Optional extensions such as a 360° turntable, a quick-change system for the suction foot and a remote control for the vacuum pump ensure maximum flexibility in day-to-day work.
This allows the system to be optimally adapted to different areas of application.
In addition to the new pallet fork, we will also be presenting our tried-and-tested gripper solutions for a wide range of applications at light-LIFT: the keg suction cup for beverage drums, the bag suction cup for bagged goods and the round suction cup for buckets and other flat lifting goods.
2. quickLIFT: Fast, intuitive, effort-saving
High cycle times for pick & place processes? Then our quickLIFT is just right for you.
The ergonomic one-handed operation ensures fast, safe and effortless work, especially in applications with a high repetition rate. Optionally available extensions such as a 90° swivel head or a 360° turntable increase handling flexibility and support precise positioning of the load.
With a load capacity of up to 65 kilograms, the quickLIFT is also suitable for heavy or unwieldy goods.
At our trade fair stand, we will be presenting a wide range of gripping solutions, including the multi-suction cup and the multi-suction cup foam for cardboard packaging, which can also be used for coarsely textured surfaces.
Proven systems such as the keg suction cup for drums and the sack suction cup for bagged goods will also be presented.
The portfolio is complemented by the bellows suction cup, the small package traverse, a hook adapter for canisters or buckets with handles and the box gripper for Euro crates and small load carriers.
