Double diaphragm pump with barrier chamber system 1" max. 135 l/min


Maximum safety for hazardous media: This special design was developed specifically for critical and hazardous media. The system is based on a double diaphragm construction: Behind the media-side diaphragm is a second safety diaphragm. The space between them is monitored by sensors, which immediately detect any diaphragm rupture. This enables the pump to be switched off automatically and reliably prevents any media leakage – without the use of an additional barrier medium. Monitoring of the air-side diaphragms is also available as an option. We offer these pumps with intelligent sensors for connection to the tim®LINK module as an option (details in the tim®TRON chapter). The barrier chamber system reliably prevents the medium from being released into the environment. The built-in sensors quickly and reliably detect even a small amount of medium entering the barrier chamber.
