How does a vacuum hose lifter work?
The centrepiece of the vacuum hose lifter is the vacuum pump. This draws air through the suction hose and the lifting unit.
Actuating the control unit throttles the air sucked in, causing the lifting hose to contract and consequently contract or expand when the load is lifted and lowered.
The tim®LIFT vacuum hose lifters are operated with one or two hands, which are selected specifically for your application.
The one-hand operation has been developed for typical pick & place handling in order to achieve high cycle rates. The ergonomic handle shape supports easy handling and enables intuitive lifting and lowering.
The two-hand control enables heavier lifting goods to be guided safely and allows precise positioning of the lifting goods. The two-hand operation focusses on the safe and precise handling of heavier goods without additional aids.
