Flexible hose lifter system with vacuum anchoring
With tim®baseLIFT, we are expanding the proven tim®LIFT hose
lifter system with a flexible and safe solution that does not require
any alteration to the floor structure.
The system makes clever use of vacuum force: the negative
pressure generated not only lifts the load safely, but also secures
the entire system firmly to the floor.
If the operating vacuum
drops, the load sinks to the floor in a controlled manner, while
the non-return valve ensures that the floor anchoring continues
to hold reliably. Even in the event of a leak in the base
plate, the system remains stable, as the hose lifter cannot be
operated without sufficient vacuum – thus preventing unsafe
conditions.
Due to its own weight, the tim®baseLIFT is always
stable when not in operation.Thanks to its low weight,
the tim®baseLIFT is easy to transport and ideal for intermediate
floors, areas with in-floor heating or where no alterations
such as drilling into the existing floor structure are to be made.
The counterforce required for stability is largely generated by
the vacuum, eliminating the need for heavy counterweights
and ensuring that stability during operation still significantly exceeds
requirements.
With jib lengths of up to four metres and a
load capacity of up to 85 kg, the system offers high stability and
flexibility without compromising on safety or handling.
This innovative solution opens up new fields of application
for significantly increasing work ergonomics and efficiency in
areas where the use of crane systems is currently unfeasible.
Installation is quick and easy. It can be carried out in-house without
any problems, saving time and money.
The tim®baseLIFT
system is designed exclusively for tim®LIFT vacuum hose lifters
with a lifting hose diameter of up to 160 mm / 80 kg lifting capacity.
Further jib designs will follow in the future to enable use in
further areas.
